How Can I Shop at Power Mart online?
When you have found the product you wish to purchase place the quantity desired into the quantity box then click on the "Buy now" icon.  A new screen will appear showing you the contents of your shopping cart, if other products are required click on the product category icon on the left hand side and proceed to the required product, again place quantity required in the quantity box and click on the "Buy Now" icon. Repeat process until your order is complete, then from the "contents of shopping cart" page click on the "proceed to checkout" icon. 

Then come 4 easy steps:

1. Fill out customer detail

2. Fill out payment details

3. Process transaction

4. Receive order confirmation.

Where do we deliver to?
Power Mart ships using Australia Post EXPRESS POST Service. All goods are carefully packed to ensure that they arrive at your door in excellent condition. We ship Australia wide and to neighbouring countries.

Payment
What payment methods do we accept?
During the order process you will be given a chance to choose  Visa, MasterCard, American Express creditcards. Power Mart charges in Australian dollars only. 

Currency
What currency are our prices in?
All our prices are shown in Australian dollars. Please note that Power Mart will charge your credit card only in Australian dollars.

Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered using Australia post.  Freight charges are automatically calculated in the check-out process before payment is receipted. Freight charges are $7.95 Express Post Australia Wide and $10.00 Air mail World wide ( please note. overseas orders over 500grams in weight will incur additional charges, you will be notified by email as to the amount)

How long will my order take to arrive?
Local orders usually take between 2 and 4 days. Deliveries to Western States can take longer, if you have any further enquiries regarding freight please contact us at admin@powermart.com.au . Overseas orders are shipped airmail and can take 4-14 days depending on where you are.

How safe are my  details?
Your online order is 100% secure. We use Mondo SSL 3 Web Server Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from this site. No customer credit card details are stored on our servers so there is no risk of credit card numbers being viewed or used.
