Returns Procedure
At Power Mart your complete satisfaction with our
service is our highest priority. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please
email: admin@powermart.com.au
Please Note: Refunds will not be given if you
change your mind or no longer require the products.
*Freight is not refundable and all products
returned as faulty will be tested before a refund is issued.
If your order is damaged or faulty, we will
refund the cost of the order plus the delivery fee. If the goods you receive are
different from those you ordered, we will either send you the product you
originally requested or refund the product cost and delivery fee. Please advise
which you prefer. To initiate a refund, you must:

phone prior to retuning goods, as an authorisation code is required.
Goods will not be accepted without this authorisation code. Mail the goods plus
the original receipt, in the original packaging to:
